This method does an excellent job without the many problems that are commonly associated with steam cleaning, such as:
#1) Steam cleaning can cause your spots and stains to return in just a few days after they have been cleaned. This is by far, the biggest complaint people have with the steam cleaning method. = Our proven low moisture cleaning method makes sure that your spots will not return!
#2) Steam cleaning can push excess water and dangerous toxic chemicals behind the backing of your carpeting. This is why steam cleaned carpets can take so very long to dry. This can also cause unhealthy molds and foul smelling odors to develop. = Our low moisture cleaning method does not over wet your carpets or push excess moisture into the padding behind your carpets, so it eliminates these problems completely!

#2. Steam Carpet Cleaning: We have offered Expert Steam Cleaning since 1992, however low moisture carpet cleaning (as described above) is now our primary cleaning method and we therefore provide steam cleaning upon specific request only. Our steam cleaning process is also 100% toxic free.
SPEED DRYING = As you may already know, carpets that have been steam cleaned can take a very long time to dry. For this reason, we offer a convenient speed-drying service so that your steam cleaned carpets will be "dry to the touch" within 3 hours after we leave, depending upon the weather conditions that day.
This is an optional, premium service that requires both additional time and labor. Please be sure to ask us about speed drying, if you choose to have your carpets steam cleaned.
